Rockford Capital Partners is a private real estate firm founded in 2010 specializing in the acquisition, repositioning, and management of small- to mid-size commercial real estate assets throughout the eastern U.S. The team focuses on identifying fundamentally strong properties and repositioning them through a proven active management process.

Rockford’s team has experience completing transactions through targeted property selection, strategic management and leasing, and calculated capital improvements. Our expertise in office, retail, industrial, and residential real estate investment, development, and management positions us to make sound decisions on acquisitions of underperforming assets. Rockford’s strategy is designed to take advantage of current market conditions and the dislocations in today’s capital markets.
